KECOFIT SIGNATURE CLASSES
FLEX IN THE CITY, 1 : Focus on building muscle, endurance, and proper lifting. Compound movements for cognitive exercises, mind body connection. Cable machines and free weights. This class is for beginners. We recommend participants be able to properly get on and off the floor to take class.
FLEX IN THE CITY, 1.5 : Focus on increasing load and tracking progression, endurance, and strength. Cable machines and free weights, intro to squat rack. This class is for member progressing from 1.0 or prior lifting experience.
FLEX IN THE CITY 2: Focus on increasing load and tracking progression, endurance, and strength. Cable machines and free weights, intro to squat rack. This class is for member progressing from 1.5 and trainer approved.
The GOLDEN GET-UP: Slow resistance training, focused on increasing bone density and/or prevention. Main focus is strength with joint stability. Cable machine, free weights. This class is for all aging bodies.
BREAKING BALANCE: Movements that focus on balance during functional movements. (Great for Golfers and pickleball) All gym equipment is utilized. This class is for all aging bodies.
YOU PILATES 1: Pilates on the ball, isolating core and light yoga stretching. Light weights and bands with mat work. This class is for beginners. We recommend participants be able to properly get on and off the floor to take class.
YOU PILATES 2: Advanced Pilates movements on the ball, isolating core and light yoga stretching. Light weights and bands with mat work. We recommend participants be able to properly get on and off the floor to take class.
Power House 1.5: Powerhouse is the deep core muscle group (abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, glutes, hips) that serves as the body's center for stability, strength, and control. It's the essential connection between the upper and lower body, crucial for efficient, injury-free movement in both Pilates and daily life. Focus on movements that activate core muscle groups with compound movements and a load heavy enough to produce muscle hypertrophy. This class is for member progressing from 1.0 or prior lifting experience.
Elevate 1.0: A creative class that utilizes the Rep Fitness and mat Pilates. This class offers a challenging flow that cannot be found in traditional studies. Pilates Core meets Gym strength! We recommend taking a Demo before booking this class.
THE SUMMER I TURNED ZEN: Light stretching with mediation. Focus on releasing stress through body movements and breathing. Pilates and Yoga integrated. We recommend participants be able to properly get on and off the floor to take class.
