    Flex Class

    Our Flex class focuses on increasing muscles strength, tone, and enhanced metabolism. Resistance training will improve body composition and improve confidence.

    Get-up

    Our Get-up class is a multipurpose class for preventive fitness. This class will address potential imbalances and encompass a holistic approach to long-term well-being.

    Straps

    Our suspension training class utilizes straps and body weight to build strength, flexibility and core stability. This class integrates popular Pilates movements to create a fun and challenging class.

    Zen

    Our Zen class takes the focus of movement and breathing to help calm the nervous system. Kecofit’s meditation and movements class helps relax the major muscles that commonly hold stress.

    YOU

    Our You class is about isolating the core and building your powerhouse. Working smaller muscle groups can help with injury prevention and improve sports such as surfing, golf and tennis.

    Balance

    Our balance class takes functional movements and challenges your stability. This class can improve your coordination and athletic performance or golf swing. Balance training improves your proprioception, which is your body’s awareness of its position in space.
